Description:
Lake Erie Farms Inc. will be performing research and development trials on greenhouse grown living lettuce. We will be running trials on different varieties and different growing conditions. We will be running trials with LED grow lights at different stages of lettuce growth to maximize weight growth per head. We will also trial different growing conditions between our various production areas; low iron glass greenhouse in Courtland, poly greenhouse in Courtland, regular glass greenhouse in La Salette while manipulating and tracking heating arrangements and other controllable growing condition amendments.
