Providing Canadian business owners with a one of a kind experience with a digital online policy renewal process, including automated advice, that leverages data from many public sources. Customer retention is a critical part of Zensurance’s growth plans. Without an online renewal solution, scaling the business would require significantly more manual work by our brokers, which would then be taking time away from supporting new clients. Furthermore, we need to be able to provide our customers tailored insurance advice at-scale, which requires intelligent analytics and automation. Through this project, we will develop a renewal process that automatically assesses a client’s revised insurance needs, recommends an updated set of insurance
