This project aims to determine optimal conditions for the extraction of heat-sensitive herbal materials like Dandelion, Echinacea Purpurea, Gotu Kola, Lemon Balm, Marshmallow, Milky Oat Seed, Passionflower, Scullcap and Valerian – which are made with fresh, undried, plant material. It further aims to determine optimal conditions for the extraction of volatile-rich materials like Sage, Peppermint, Motherwort, Lemon Balm, Juniper, Holy Basil, Ginger, Fennel, Chastetree, Chamomile, Catnip, Cardamom, Rosemary, Boswellia and Anise Seed.
