Description:
Room Service will undertake an investigation into inventory management (“IM”) and order fulfilment solutions commercially available in the market to assess their costs, features, flexibility and fit with our operations, technology and rapid scale-up and growth plan. We will also create a plan to develop a custom product internally and will assess the costs and risks. We will weigh the calculated costs and risk against the benefits that could be gained from developing a custom Room Service inventory / order fulfilment system for the company.
