Description:
La Crete Sawmills is putting a new process in place to convert bark, which represents a significant waste stream, into useful energy.
This is a process improvement project by placing a technologically advanced a leading-edge biomass burner (high efficiency) into Sawmills production.
The new burner is 20MM BTU and it will allow them to use bark as fuel. Bark is traditionally waste material because of its high moisture content.
