Description:
Forward Water Technologies will use a proprietary, food safe forward osmosis technology to dehydrate foodstuffs. The technology revolves around using a “draw solution” that is non-toxic, and is capable of dewatering food products to the same extent as a low heat evaporator. This project will scale up the process to a small engineering pilot level in order to begin demonstration work with potential clients.
