Description:
The Firm manufactures a 100% natural wooden BBQ scraper from local tamarack sourced from a sustainably managed forest, which is not only safer than traditional bristle brush cleaners, it also reduces the amount of plastic going to the landfill sites. The finished product is packaged and shipped throughout Canada and beyond. The Firm's business is growing rapidly and as they scale their operations, it's increasingly important that they improve their packaging and shipping processes. This project will assist the Firm to find efficiencies, reduce shipping costs, and further reduce packaging waste.
