Description:
Mechanical Engineering Student objectives. 1-Prototype the Crossfire with stacked top works to accommodate 8 cylinders in order to double the output of the compressor 2-Redesign the load block of the compressor for closer to zero maintenance status and potentially reduce power consumption 3-Test and confirm power consumption and air output of a 80PSI compressor with 1.5 inch cylinders 3-work on the development of a spring loaded dual seal fluid end for environmental protection and less field maintenance.
Electrical Engineering Contractor to determine and quantify the effect of harmonics the performance of VFD's powered by solar arrays and wave form attenuation caused by conductor resistance. Required for installations instructions.
