Description:
GLI plans to develop technology to allow us to improve and expand our current foamed polystyrene (PS) process through new die technology, materials, processing parameters and finishing techniques. The basis of the project will be to create a cellular structure with much smaller, and more uniform cell sizes as well as higher cell densities (number of the cells) for our foamed extruded profiles while improving the surface finish and/or mechanical properties of the profiles.
