Description:

This project builds on previous accomplishments that advanced machine learning module development to achieve automated enhanced segmentation of client behaviour data beyond conventional RFM indicators. This improved the efficiency, precision & resulting store visits of loyalty offer campaigns. This project seeks to incorporate automated segmenting capabilities to integrate large POS data-set array analytics processing capabilities to produce an automated & scaleable enterprise loyalty marketing platform with AI capabilities & automated, precision timed messaging features. Unique to the project is the ability to predict & generate analysis-informed customer-specific product/service reward offers & automated messaging dispatch timing.
