Description:
The project targets key oil companies currently utilizing insert rod pumps. On many wells, when workover operations are required to change pumps or repair parted sucker rods, the well must be “killed” or loaded with fluids to prevent unwanted flow of oil and gas during these operations. Producers are trucking in and using fresh water to kill problem wells that struggle with high gas levels or flowing conditions. The ALII-PT tool will eliminate this process and provide immediate well kill and re-activation under these conditions.
