Description:
We are expanding the infrastructure (both hardware and software) at the core of our computational platform for high throughput peptide (small protein) design. We are expanding the capabilities of our tools to further expand the range of projects we can take on. We are adding the ability to work with non-natural amino acids and flexible docking algorithms. We expect this to unlock prospects of discovering proteins that are impossible with existing methods.
