The essence of this project is to expand PFL innovation in de-hulling and other processing systems for fava bean ingredients to increase capacity thereby capturing sales and increasing revenue. Innovative in-house engineering and production management expertise and scale-up support will be developed that will assist PFL’s ability to meet the growing demand for PFL fava ingredients.
