Northern Loco is proposing the installation of energy monitoring hardware with a software program that will provide more detailed information about the specific energy usage of the major commercial and government buildings in town. This increase in internal capability will be important for the following: This provides 2 complimentary benefits: 1) It provides the opportunity to demonstrate a new product and service package that can be offered to communities and businesses across the North; 2) While in the process providing more accurate and complete data to support Norther Loco’s work with community partners to deploy a state of the art, community owned, energy solution.
