Description:
Fluid Biotech is developing a bioabsorbable flow-diverting dissolving intravascular stent as an innovative way to treat patients with brain aneurysms. This project will result in the validation of medium-term safety and efficacy of the Fluid Biotech stent for the treatment of aneurysms in an animal model. Second key element is to contract and work closely with regulatory experts at TEC Edmonton to co-develop a regulatory framework and workplan for presentation to Health Canada and FDA at pre-submission meetings.
