Description:

Using knowledge gained from past projects, we will produce a unique samosa by changing the traditional wrapper to a crunchier wrapper currently used in manufacturing wontons. We intend to purchase and adopt a samosa machine to work with our unique equipment and production system. This will involve evaluating different fill recipes to see which work under existing production systems and as required modify production process where required The desired samosa machine will produce 2,000 pcs per hour with an average weight of 30g. The product will be deep fried then flash frozen and packaged for the retail and food service industries.
