Description:

This project will implement three new critical features into the LeaseSpark product that are critical to support the velocity of loan underwriting in a paperless methodology, and to facilitate automated funding/securitization for users relying on external sources of funds to support their lending. This will see the implementation of API integrations into i) providers of corporate and debtor search services for the purposes of underwriting, and ii) providers of PPSA (Personal Property Security Act) and UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filings for the purposes of paperless, electronic collateral lien management.
