Description:
Kwilt wishes to demonstrate a system that 5G will reduce latency and increase bandwidth and speed of transferring user generated content such as photos and videos on smartphones and digital cameras in the field to and from a remote Kwilt enabled 5G device and attached storage. Kwilt calls this 5G storage. 4K video and hi resolution photo content makes the economics of commercial cloud storage very expensive and 4G does not provide adequate performance for transferring content. With 5G, Kwilt solves both these problems and provides a true alternative to commercial cloud storage.
