Description:
There are many variances per each product on e-commerce websites for consumers to choose from. For example a pair of shoes can have options including 10 different color and 20 size choices. When a web crawler runs on an e-commerce website, this product will be crawled as many times as the number of variances. All these are repetitive steps in the web crawling process. A reusable web crawler design will help remove the need for this repetitive process and create web crawling jobs for all variances of each product in one step. This will help improve the efficiency of a large-size web crawling up to 75%.
