Build a cloud-based driver log and ELD solution for the North American marketplace and specifically to meet the Canadian ELD Mandate on June 12, 2021 while differentiating our solution from the competition by being device agnostic, feature rich (speed, distracted driver, fatigue, dispatch, etc.) and easy to adopt. The solutions is also expected to be fully integrated into Smart AI Driver Cameras and our Titan GPS Fleet Management Solution making us more attractive for new customers and increasing the “stickiness” of our existing customer base.
