Description:

The proposed development of standardized quality control and fabrication protocols for our proprietary optical reporter particles will reduce batch variability and non-specific interactions, establishing greater control over the performance of Vital Biosciences’ diagnostic assays. By the end of the proposed project, all fabrication protocols, quality control documentation, and internal validation with a representative immunoassay will be complete; this work will support utility in our full menu of in vitro diagnostics technologies.
