Title:
Design of a small oven for test batches
Agreement Number:
965584
Agreement Value:
$46,896.00
Agreement Date:
Mar 1, 2021 - Mar 31, 2022
Description:
Over the years ThermalWood Canada have been presented opportunities to work with specific species on specific applications for clients all over the world. Our present thermal modification oven batches 14,000 bf at the time and does not give accurate results if you try to process very small volumes. Each species requires a different recipe depending on its application and if we cannot achieve results with a pre existing recipe, we cannot pursue the initiative any further. What we are proposing is build a small test oven that can replicate the operating parameters of our existing oven. This will allow us the flexibility to pursue new opportunities.
