Description:
This project will support the R&D required to reduce the time from sample to result of the firm’s next generation sequencing-based test for diagnosing human pathogens from the current 12 hours to 8 hours. This will be done through the optimization of a variety of steps including significant reduction in the time required for the liquid phase hybridization of the firm’s proprietary probes with their target sequences.
