Title:
Development of 2nd Generation visual guidance system for safety and automation of heavy industrial vehicles
Agreement Number:
970629
Agreement Value:
$171,000.00
Agreement Date:
May 1, 2021 - Oct 31, 2022
Description:
Correct-AI has developed a Vision Guidance System (VGS) for heavy industrial vehicles. The VGS is a technology and product platform with the dual goals of improving safety and operational efficiencies. However, the primary safety focus of the existing system that is already introduced to the market relies heavily on operator response. Under the IRAP application, Correct-AI will add automation capability to the VGS platform for machine control. The system will utilize camera and LIDAR hardware technologies along with Correct-AI’s proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) software to assess data in real-time and take over the operation of the vehicle when deemed necessary.
