Description:
Advantage is targeting to have the capability of using 3D printing to provide for the manufacturing of components (e.g. lifters, slides, inserts and small molds) that can struggle to get cooling line in their manufacture. With the incorporation of 3D we can add water lines and lights weight components to help gain cooling in the areas that will allow reduced cycle times in which this would need extra time in the cooling stage of the injection molding process. A quicker cycle means more parts per hour which would then mean a reduced piece prices to customers.
