Description:
This will be an extension of our previous IRAP grant (2019-2020) which involved building our internal AI NLU tool (called Mavin).
In this project, we will focus on enhancing Mavin with greater predictive and insight-generation capability as well as building the bridge between Mavin and human-powered curation. To accomplish this, Mavin will be tightly integrated into our Knowledge Core (the knowledge graph powering existing products). This integration will occur at the data level, normalizing and linking evidence to human decisions, as well as through intuitive interfaces our curators will use to assess Mavin predictions. Lastly, we will validate and develop a Mavin-powered commercial product, delivered to customers through our DrugBank API
