This project involves hiring a 2020 Bachelor's graduate of Science in Health Promotion from Dalhousie University to become the firm's Operations Analyst. She will be focused on developing and improving Spring Loaded Technology's inventory management, procurement, and accounting process documentation. Under the supervision of the Business Operations Manager, the analyst will become the overseer of all inventory management processes. Spring Loaded has begun scaling in size and the Operations Analyst will be responsible for determining areas for operational improvement, proposing solutions, and executing approved solutions.
