Description:
Precision Content is starting an associate program for XML developers to build out capacity to produce XML publishing solutions for our firm. The plan entails hiring 3 junior engineers who are recently out of a post-secondary program; hosting them in our office space in downtown Toronto; providing extensive training over one year to develop the necessary skills for XML publishing; and launching new research and development efforts to build new tools for XML planning, troubleshooting, and prototyping. One of these three junior engineers qualifies for the IRAP program funding and will be an integral part of this team of associate XML developers. Our goal is to retain this talent and bring in a new cohort of associates in one year's time.
