Description:

To eliminate one of the few remaining modifiable risk factors for stillbirth and low birth weight (sleeping on the back in late pregnancy), we have developed the PrenaBelt™ – the first and only clinically tested and internationally-published positional therapy device for use during sleep in pregnancy. The PrenaBelt™ currently does not support pregnancies affected by obesity; however, this population is at a higher risk of pregnancy issues, including stillbirth. Therefore, we propose a feasibility project to adapt the PrenaBelt™ solution to this unique but rapidly growing customer segment.
