In this project, the firm will develop extracts from certain plants for applications in nutrition, dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. These extracts will be tested for their antioxidant activities which is related to their polyphenol content. These extracts will then be fermented with probiotic strains to increase this antioxidant activity.
