Description:
Bilateral project: CIIP Brazil - IMOS project with Brazilian partner Mineração Apoena S.A. in Intelligent Mine Ore Stockpiles. The intelligent mine ore stockpiles (IMOS) project will develop a software package that will use machine learning to identify patterns in a mine's operational data and leverage these patterns to reduce discrepancies between the observed and expected properties of ore in the plant feed. This will include predicting the stockpile feed as well as identify the operational parameters leading to plant feed discrepancies.
