Description:
Our Automatic Asparagus Harvesting Machine will be designed and built locally in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Our focus is to create a machine capable of identifying, selecting, cutting at the base, and removing market-ready asparagus spears from commercial asparagus fields. We have targeted our performance metrics for the autonomous field harvesting at 100 spears per minute with greater than 80% grade one market quality product.
