Description:
Doctors spend significant time using their electronic medical records (EMR) which limits their capacity to see patients and is a major contributor to doctor burnout and reduced patient satisfaction. The project aims to reduce the time doctors spend on charting, documentation, and other EMR tasks through automatic transcription and data processing with the ultimate goal of improving patient care.
