Borealis Wind (Borealis) has developed a Blade Ice Protection System (IPS) for Wind Turbines, and validated it through installations at wind farms in Canada. To prepare for commercialization Borealis would like to redesign several components of the system to make it more scalable (more robust, decrease cost, reduce customization per turbine model).
