Description:
The project “Automated EDI Assessments for SMEs” will support the development of EDI plans for 20 SMEs using the Diversity Assessment Tool (DAT) which analyzes six dimensions of the organization: governance, leadership, and strategy; human resources; culture; measurement and tracking; diversity across the value chain; and outreach and expanding the pool. Based on the analysis, participants will receive a report making recommendations illustrated with best practices.
