This project will test Boxing Rock’s new sales processes, systems, and communications materials by implementing them in our Windsor St retail location, as well as assisting the sales team in testing the processes for lead generation activities in the licensee channel. Results will be tracked and processes adjusted and improved during the project and the final processes will be documented as sales procedures.
