Description:
The international consortium project "Oleosomes as Novel Cosmetic Delivery Vehicles" will focus primarily on the use of oleosomes to encapsulate & deliver the following bioactives:
1. Vitamin A, in the form of retinol, for the purposes of wound healing & soothing of dry skin.
2. "Vitamin F", otherwise known as polyunsaturated fatty acids, for the purposes of skin cell generation and skin hydration.
In the above proposed novel cosmetic deliverable product concepts, we would seek to harness Botaneco's expertise in selecting the optimum oleosome-loading condition and Sharon Labs' expertise in formulation development, including but not limited to preservation, to provide the consumer with a variety of natural personal care products.
