Description:
Vresh Food’s flagship product is OG GHEE – clarified and caramelized butter. The dairy industry has struggled with consistent shrinkage over the past decade. Ghee is one of the most milk-intensive products in the dairy industry. If Vresh Foods can catalyze a culture shift in the Canadian consumer economy towards using ghee to cook, this can help bolster the dairy economy, and create opportunities for growth in new segments. One of the observations in Vresh Food’s recent operations is that less than 20% of consumers are aware of what ghee is, and how to use it in everyday cooking. A Direct to Consumer awareness campaign is required to address this. A marketing coordinator is crucial to be able to achieve this goal of category and brand awareness.
