Description:

Youth will be hired as a Technology Commercialization Associate. Youth will work closely with senior members of the firm and gain hands-on experience and help drive and advance the company's growth. Project activities include analysis of skincare tech trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decisions (Market Analysis), collaboration on skincare technology product innovation and data analysis (Product Development), creation of engaging educational content such as videos, infographics, blogs to enhance customer engagement (Science Content Delivery), and assist in developing a regulatory roadmap for the Canada and the US (Regulatory Affairs). These activities will help All Skin advance towards its key objective of democratizing skincare.
