Description:
The BPE technology is a novel, DNA plasmid backbone/production method that is ultra-low-cost, and has superior transfection efficiency. The technology has been demonstrated at lab scale (1.0 L fermentation), and needs to be scaled up to a commercially viable pilot scale to aid commercialization, and support projects to market the technology. This project ultimately scales up the process to 20-30 L fermentation along with associated downstream processes.
