Production of a clean (residual free) extract containing high levels of antioxidants by valorizing the waste stream created from blueberry juice production. To achieve this, we will exploit a proprietary technology that uses water as the primary solvent operating at high temperature and pressure, which was previously tested through an IRAP grant in 2023 to help establish the viability of a proposed production system.
