Description:
The Technology Acceleration Program is to support one of cleantech SMEs biggest challenges - quickly advancing through the Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) and accelerate commercialization. This program includes training for Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) or venture technology leads to:
1. Critically self-evaluate the technology readiness levels (TRLs) of their technologies
2. Prepare a detailed plan to achieve their next milestone up to commercial pilot stage
3. Identify actionable strategies to fast-track technology development
4. Implement risk mitigation strategies through to commercialization stage
5. Become a world-class technical leader for their company
6. Collaborate effectively with technology and product development partners
The program will build upon the well established DELIVER program as well as an expanded PILOT workshop series. All content design and speakers chosen are specifically relevant the SMEs
