Accounting in property management presents unique challenges, from handling third-party owners and ensuring provincial compliance to managing a lack of specialized accounting knowledge. These complexities make billing data entry and account reconciliations time-consuming and prone to errors due to reliance on exact data matches and manual input, which becomes increasingly difficult as the business scales. This project will transform property management accounting by fully automating billing, payments, and reconciliations. Powered by AI, our solution uses customer data to make more accurate assumptions and seamlessly match accounting entries with bank transactions, reducing errors and saving time.
