Description:
Pre-clinical proof-of-concept studies to assess therapeutic activity in an mRNA-LNP Delivered SMYD3 Peptide Therapeutic both patient-derived cell lines and a murine xenograft model of SCLC. Conduct in vitro screening (viability, proliferation, and apoptosis assays), and in vivo xenograft monitoring. Collect and analyze experimental data; contribute to technical reports and data summaries for internal review and patent support.
