Develop a modular pediatric traction and positioning system designed to be self-supporting and operate with weights and/or springs. This system can be easily attached to various devices, allowing patients to change positions between lying down, sitting, and standing to maximize traction time. It is designed to adapt to children's disabilities and support needs, offering adjustability and adaptability. In addition, it incorporates a microcontroller with sensors to continuously measure the mechanical loads and stresses applied to the spine.
