Description:
Bench Brewing wants to assist with the hiring of young talent to augment its current Retail sales and merchandise offerings at its onsite and online Retail store. This will be done in the Retail group where the qualified graduate, in her role as Retail Lead, in addition to onsite sales, will lead our sales effort in Fundraising sales to youth sports teams. This has been a growing business to assist parents with funds for tournaments. The graduate will leverage the company's new ERP system to facilitate the online ordering required. The goal is to assist the new graduate to get career skills while employed in a good job and work environment with mentorship from senior leadership.
