Description:
This project will prepare a Canadian drone software company to enter the Canadian defence and dual-use markets.
Activities include evaluating and pursuing security certifications required for government and defence procurement, conducting market research and user interviews with defence and security end-users in Canada and allied nations, attending industry conferences to build procurement relationships, and developing partnerships with defence technology providers. This project will explore ways in which we can contribute to Canada's Defence Industrial Strategy by building domestic capacity in uncrewed systems, sensor technologies, or counter-UAS capabilities.
