This project will modernize stair and railing manufacturing by establishing a digitally connected, near paperless production floor. It will integrate product configuration, production planning, CNC execution, and field operations through workflow re-engineering, targeted ERP customization, the integration of modern CNC equipment, and applied manufacturing R&D. The primary objective is to reduce the production cycle time by 50% or more from design release to installation readiness by redesigning production workflows, deploying new CNC machinery, configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 for shop-floor control, and digitally integrating site measuring, installation, and service operations using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
