The project aims to develop and integrate a robotic laser cleaning cell for the automotive industry, to replace current water-based solutions used, in particular, for cleaning racks on paint lines. Laser cleaning will eliminate the need for wastewater treatment and reduce energy consumption, enabling automakers to achieve substantial annual savings while significantly reducing their environmental footprint.
