Outbound Sales Project Summary • Enter orders taken from customers via phone, email, and online into database system. Update company’s database and order entry system • Generate quotes and invoices to be provided to customers • Prospect for new customers • Serve as a liaison between customers and production to ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating communications, following up with problems, and serving as a contact point for customers • Send acknowledgments to customers; verify ship dates with customers • Work with the customer service team to keep the CRM up to date • Provide high level of customer service • Work to increase inside sales and outbound sales • Assist at trade shows and conferences as required
